We try to respond to all email enquiries the same day, but we are extremely small team so it can take up to 24 hours to respond.

Returns

Returns will be accepted 14 days from the received date. Items must be restored in sale condition received including tags and packagibg intact. items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with no visible damage. Return postage will only be refunded if item is damaged or faulty. Sale items can’t be refunded; Instead an exchange or store credit will be issued. There will be 20% restockage fee and shipping cost will all be deducted from final amount.

Exchanges

14 days to exchange to get a different size are only accepted. Shipping cost will be deducted from final amount.

Shipping

At this time we will only take orders within the United States. Any other orders will be declined. All orders are shipped through United States Postal Services (USPS). Tracking and delivery information will be sent to customer as soon as it becomes available.

Packaging

Most orders will be shipped in JAH branded box with one or more JAH stickers inside .
